Bedaya for Real Estate Development has opened reservation for the first phase of its new Premiere residential project located in Lotus, New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The project contains 30 residential units, including apartments and duplexes, with units ranging in floor plans from 140  to 180 square meters. The units expected to be prepared for delivery by 2019, the company’s Sales Agent Ahmed Shehata said.

“The units are still under construction and will be delivered half finalized–the project will also include several amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, gardens, conference rooms, and public services facilities,” Shehata added.

Bedaya previously announced launching the Zawaya project, which will contain offices and commercial units spreading on a total area of 50,000 square meters, as well as two food courts and a Hyper market.

The company is reportedly implementing 10 residential projects that will be completed in October 2017, including a residential project in Andalus.
