Cairo – December 9, 2024: Beltone Holding’s wholly owned subsidiary, Beltone Capital, has entered a joint venture with CRIF S.p.a., a global leader in credit and business information systems, to introduce a comprehensive set of rating services in Egypt. The venture also has the potential to expand into the MENA region. Invest-Gate reports.

The new entity will begin operations upon receiving final approval from Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA). Its offerings will include ratings for debt capital market instruments, SME and corporate borrower ratings, NBFI portfolios, ESG services, unsolicited ratings, and onboarding technology for lenders.
