Beltone Holding (BTFH. CA) has kicked off 2025 with record-breaking financial results, reporting consolidated revenues of EGP 2.8 bn and net profits of EGP 703 mn in the first quarter, Invest-Gate reports.

The company’s stellar performance builds on a strong 2024, highlighting the effectiveness of its data-driven growth strategy. Beltone’s total lending portfolio surged to EGP 30.2 bn in 1Q 2025—more than doubling year-on-year—demonstrating robust market expansion and operational momentum.

Commenting on the results, Dalia Khorshid, Group CEO and Managing Director of Beltone Holding, stated: “Our Q1 results lay the groundwork for sustained growth in 2025 and beyond. We remain focused on strategic expansion, AI integration, and digital transformation. With the successful completion of a second historic capital increase, we are poised to capture new opportunities across scalable regional markets.”

The company’s Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs) platform was a major contributor, delivering EGP 2.3 bn in revenues—more than double the figure from 1Q 2024. This growth was supported by expanded market share across leasing, factoring, mortgage finance, consumer finance, venture capital, and SME lending.

The Investment Bank platform also saw strong performance, reporting EGP 531 mn in revenues for the quarter. A standout 6.7x year-on-year growth in investment banking drove the results, while securities brokerage and asset management jointly accounted for half of the platform’s income.

Beltone’s first quarter performance reflects its ongoing commitment to innovation, strategic expansion, and value creation, as it strengthens its role in shaping the future of the financial services landscape in Egypt and the wider MENA region.
