BETA Developments has achieved a significant turnout from customers during the first launch of its latest project, BETA Residence Compound, in 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.

The company has successfully completed the sale of all units in the first phase of the project.

The impressive customer turnout, which occurred in record time since the project’s launch, reflects their confidence in the previous work and history of BETA Developments, which spans over 30 years in East and West Cairo.

It is noteworthy that BETA Developments launched the BETA Residence project last month during a press conference attended by the company’s leaders, key partners from major consulting firms, and members of the media. Senior consultants presented the project’s specifications and features.

In its latest project, BETA Residence Compound in 6th of October City, BETA Developments has employed a new concept and unique designs focused on views of green spaces interspersed with water bodies and waterfalls, offering units of various sizes at competitive prices.

The BETA Residence project is distinguished by its prime location directly on the Fayoum Tourist Road, with investments exceeding EGP 5 bn.

Additionally, BETA Developments has collaborated with a group of specialized companies in design and implementation, led by Okoplan, the general consultant for the project, and Mito Consult for network and infrastructure works, to deliver a distinctive and innovative product that adds value to the market, similar to the various projects implemented by BETA Egypt over its 30-year history.
