BETA Developments has announced that it has achieved its full sales target for H12025 within the initial months of the year, driven by strong demand for its latest project, Beta Residence in 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.

The company celebrated the complete sell-out of the project’s first phase, underscoring both the project’s appeal and the trust customers place in BETA Developments’ three-decade track record in the Egyptian real estate market.

Alaa Fikry, Chairman and Managing Director of BETA Developments, said the project combines quality urban planning with a variety of unit sizes and flexible payment plans tailored to diverse buyer needs. He noted the company’s continued commitment to offering projects that provide real value and high standards of comfort.

Fikry revealed that BETA Developments is preparing to launch a new phase of Beta Residence, with further details to be announced soon.

Located directly on the Fayoum Tourist Road, the 20-feddan Beta Residence is designed as a fully integrated urban environment. The company partnered with leading firms including Okoplan as general consultant and Mito Consult for infrastructure and network planning.

The design approach focused initially on landscaping, pedestrian pathways, and Mediterranean-inspired water features before moving to the architectural plans—a departure from conventional market practices.

The compound includes 770 residential units, a central spine walkway, and an array of amenities such as a sports club, gym, swimming pool, waterfalls, children’s play area, commercial zone, and EV charging stations.
