BETA Developments has launched a new advertising campaign during Ramadan titled “BETA Developments… A History of Trust,” starring Egyptian actress Laila Eloui, Invest-Gate reports.

Filmed at the company’s Beta Greens project in Mostakbal City, the campaign highlights the developer’s track record of delivering ten residential, commercial, and sports projects across East and West Cairo over the past 30 years.

The campaign showcases BETA’s commitment to quality, having delivered all its projects ahead of schedule. According to the company, more than 25,000 residents are currently benefiting from BETA’s integrated communities, built with the help of a trusted network of partners that ensure high-quality design and execution.

Kicking off 2024, BETA Developments launched its 11th project, Beta Residence, in 6th of October City. The project’s first sales phase sold out quickly, which the company attributes to its strategy of focusing on credibility, quality, seriousness, and post-sales service.

Spanning 20 feddans, Beta Residence features a central pedestrian spine, linking the main gate with green spaces and a social club. The project offers a health-conscious, sustainable lifestyle with recreational amenities, including a sports club, gym, pool, waterfalls, retail area, children’s play zone, and EV charging stations.
