Beta Egypt for Urban Development, a real estate developer, completed 80% of its three-phase Beta Greens Project, said Alaa Fekry, Beta Egypt Chairperson, reported Amwal Al Ghad.
The Beta Greens Project is a compound located in 6th of October City, encompassing 840 residential units extending over an area of 20 acres. The units range between 140-310 square meters, to be built over four phases, where the price per square meter is EGP 4,500, according to Daily News Egypt.
The first and second phases of the project are scheduled for delivery in May and November of 2017, respectively. The final two phases are expected to be delivered in early 2018.
Total investments of the Beta Greens Project is EGP 426 million and an estimated 65% of units of the first three phases have been reserved.
The area composed of residential units in Beta Greens is about 18% of the total area, while the remaining areas are made up of gardens and service areas including fountains, a shopping mall, an artificial lake, a children’s park, a gym and a track.
Beta Egypt was established in 1993 and has developed numerous projects in Greater Cairo, including 6th of October City and Obour City.
Some of Beta Egypt’s projects include Golf Residence, Beta Greens, and Beta Gardens in 6th of October City, and Golf House and Golf Palace in Obour City.
