Beta Egypt for Urban Development has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2015 certification for urban development projects including residential communities and commercial buildings, Invest-Gate reports.
Alaa Fikry, chairman of Beta Egypt, said that this certificate comes after two years of preparation and out of the company’s keenness to introduce a “good and unique” product that complies with quality standards and satisfies its clients’ needs, according to a press release on February 17.
“Beta Egypt is one of the few real estate companies that acquire ISO and this marks the company’s excellence and innovation,” he added, noting that they look forward to being one of the top five real estate and contracting companies in Egypt.
Previously in October, Beta Egypt announced its plans to pump up to EGP 400 mn into its flagship project, Beta Greens New Cairo, located in Mostakbal City, until late 2020.
Spanning across 25 acres, Beta Greens will encompass 730 residential units, with investments worth EGP 1.7 bn, whereas the company aims to log sales of more than EGP 2 bn, the chairman revealed back then.
