Beta Egypt for Urban Development has announced initiating electrical connectivity and meter installation for various villas and buildings in its project BETA Greens New Cairo in Mostakbal City, Invest-Gate reports.

The project marks the first to have electrical power connected in the third phase of Mostakbal City.

Moreover, Alaa Fekry, Chairman and Managing Director of Beta Egypt, emphasized that the electrical connectivity underscores the company’s commitment and eagerness to occupy residential units in its projects swiftly.

Furthermore, BETA Greens New Cairo is among the first projects initiated for handover in Future City.

That said, Fekry commended the regular and meticulous oversight from MIDAR, the owner and general developer of Mostakbal City.

He highlighted MIDAR’s support for serious companies and its efforts to overcome obstacles, ensuring the rapid progress of project infrastructure and occupancy.

Notably, BETA Egypt, one of the early real estate companies investing in Mostakbal City, has demonstrated its strong belief in the city’s excellence, considering its location, master plan, and innovative approach by MIDAR.
