Beta Egypt, a leading real estate developer, participates in the 13th edition of Cityscape 2024 with its flagship project, Beta Greens in Mostakbal City, Invest-Gate reports.
The company will offer customers exclusive deals and flexible payment plans during the September 25th to 28th exhibition at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
In line with its new expansion strategy, Beta Egypt has rebranded from “Beta Egypt for Urban Development” to simply “Beta Egypt.” This rebranding marks a new chapter for the company as it embarks on major projects across the Egyptian real estate market.
Moreover, as part of its 2024 marketing strategy, Beta Egypt’s participation in Cityscape follows its involvement in the “This is Egypt” exhibition earlier this year. The company plans to attend more international exhibitions in the coming months to tap into the growing demand for Egyptian real estate in foreign markets.
For his part, Alaa Fekry, Chairperson of Beta Egypt, emphasized the strength of the Egyptian real estate market, highlighting the high returns on investment that make the property one of the most attractive and secure investment options.
Furthermore, Fekry added that 2023 witnessed record sales for real estate companies, largely due to the depreciation of the Egyptian pound (EGP) against the U.S. dollar, which increased demand for property as a safe investment. Despite local and global economic challenges such as rising inflation and currency devaluation, real estate sales continued to outperform in the first half of 2024, driven by investment demand.
Also, “the current supply of properties primarily targets high-income clients in areas like the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and the North Coast, while demand across other segments remains unmet,” Fekry concluded.
