Egypt-based Beta Egypt for Urban Development plans to pump up to EGP 400 mn into its flagship project, Beta Greens New Cairo, located in Mostakbal City, until late 2020, Invest-Gate reports.
Meanwhile, the company’s chairman Alaa Fikry said it is expected to allocate EGP 100 mn for the construction of Beta Greens New Cairo before year-end, according to a recent press release.
Fikry noted that Beta Egypt is currently scouting for contractors to carry out the project works, highlighting that the company is looking to deliver Beta Greens New Cairo at the end of 2022.
Spanning across 25 acres, Beta Greens New Cairo will encompass 730 residential units, with investments worth EGP 1.7 bn, whereas the company aims to log sales of more than EGP 2 bn, the chairman revealed.
According to Fikry, Beta Egypt is currently planning to release a non-residential project, however, further details will be announced soon.
