In a significant visit to one of the most pivotal projects by Better Home Group, Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), and Major General Ahmed Fahmy, General Manager of the company, inspected the Midtown Villa project, Invest-Gate reports.

This event marked the commencement of the project’s active phase, attended by leaders of the New Administrative Capital, Better Home representatives, project residents, and journalists.

Moreover, Abbas commended Better Home for its robust performance and notable project achievements, emphasizing that the company was among the first real estate developers to believe in the Capital Project since its inception. He highlighted Better Home’s commitment to delivering units to customers and the presence of residents as clear indicators of the project’s success.

Furthermore, Ashraf Adel, General Manager of Better Home, expressed his gratitude for Abbas’s visit, noting the significance of this moment in the company’s history. He praised the efforts of the Capital Company in supporting developers and overcoming obstacles to ensure project completion.

Also, Adel pointed out that Better Home was the first developer to secure a plot in the New Administrative Capital, turning the dream of an integrated, smart city into a reality. Since entering the Egyptian market in 1998, Better Home has aimed to implement innovative urban projects, leaving a distinctive architectural mark in new cities aligned with Egypt’s 2030 vision.

Better Home’s involvement in the New Administrative Capital includes multiple integrated residential projects: Midtown Solo, Midtown Condo, and Midtown Sky, highlighting the area’s investment appeal.

Notably, Better Home is developing the Cairo Business Plaza in the financial district, a prime location in the New Administrative Capital, spanning 50,000 sqm with over 100,000 sqm of administrative office space.
