Better Home Group has officially delivered its “Midtown Solo” project in the New Administrative Capital, marking its second completed development after the successful launch of “Midtown Villa,” Invest-Gate reports.

The announcement came during a site visit attended by Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), and Dr. Ahmed Fahmy, ACUD’s General Manager. The visit celebrated the handover and the project’s readiness for residents.

Abbas praised Better Home’s strong presence and execution on the ground, describing “Midtown Solo” as a unique project. “Better Home was one of the earliest believers in the Capital project and has delivered multiple distinguished developments,” he said. He confirmed that ACUD is committed to facilitating serious developers and completing national projects that reflect the country’s new urban identity.

He added that 95% of utilities in the first phase have been installed, with final connections pending developer compliance with specific requirements. Abbas also noted ongoing work on roads and landscaping in the R7 district.

Dr. Fahmy expressed satisfaction with the project’s quality and timely delivery. “Better Home is a disciplined developer, committed to permits, schedules, and high design standards,” he said.

Ashraf Adel, General Manager at Better Home, highlighted that “Solo” is the only fully villa-based project in the Capital, comprising 390 stand-alone units over 66 feddans. With 80% of the area dedicated to green spaces and a strip-mall-style commercial zone, the project combines low-density living with modern amenities.

Adel concluded by thanking Abbas for his ongoing support for serious developers in the New Capital.
