Egypt’s real estate developer Better Home Group has recently launched the first phase of its fourth project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), MidTown SKY, Invest-Gate reports.

Better Home revealed on February 4 that only limited number of units were available after two weeks of the project’s launching, while planning to continue marketing the project’s first phase until March 1, according to a statement on the developer’s official Facebook page.

Situated at the R7 residential district in front of NAC’s Expo City, MidTown SKY will spread across an area of 122 acres and will be located 15 meters above sea level. The fully-fledged compound will comprise housing units with varying modules and sizes, ranging between 90 and 350 meters.

Set to be a mixed-use development, MidTown SKY will boast an array of services and facilities, including a shopping mall, sports fields, amusement park, cinema, international schools, medical centers, and hospitals, amongst others.

For a limited number of units, interested buyers are to benefit from MidTown SKY’s seven-year installment plan with 10% down payment.
