With investments exceeding 3 EGP bn, Better House prepares to launch new project in Galala City covering 56 acres, Invest-Gate reports.
Vice Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors Mina Andraos explains that the project delivers energy therapy through the establishment of the largest energy therapy center in the Middle East. The company prepares the project launch next month in the new city of Galala.
In a press statement, the vice chairman explains that the project will be implemented over maximum three years, from the date on which the project was put up for sale. He also points out that the project is expected to be sold on two phases, at prices starting from EGP 21,900. He notes that spaces start from 60 sqm, starting from studios, townhouses, twin houses, and villas, in addition to implementation of two hotels within the project, as well as hotel rooms as the company is in process of contracting with one of the largest international companies in hotel management.
Better House sells the Sky Capital project in R7 area of New Administrative Capital, with sales estimated at EGP 1.4 bn, in addition for achieving profitable sales in the Sky Capital View project in the R8 area.
The company organizes a tour for customers who have housing units in the project, ensuring that the company follows up on the construction development. The company aims to complete the Sky Capital project by the end of the current year, in which the volume of construction reaches 60% of the entire project.
