Binghatti Developers, Dubai’s largest and fastest-growing property developer, and Mercedes-Benz, the global luxury automotive brand, have announced the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, the world’s first Mercedes-Benz branded city, with a total investment of AED 30bn, Invest-Gate reports.
The project builds on the success of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai and marks the second branded residential collaboration between the two partners. It also represents a milestone for Binghatti with the introduction of Binghatti City, the company’s first fully master-planned community.
Located in the Meydan area and spanning more than 10mn square feet, the development is conceived as a multi-tower branded city integrating Mercedes-Benz branded residential towers within a unified urban ecosystem. The master plan combines luxury living, mobility innovation, and the brand’s Sensual Purity design philosophy, anchored by a community-focused vision.
Designed as a self-sustained “city within a city,” Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City will feature luxury residences, retail and leisure districts, green spaces, mobility hubs, wellness and sports facilities, and dining and entertainment venues, offering residents a fully integrated lifestyle within walking distance.

The signing ceremony was held at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart between Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman, and Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Marketing & Sales. The project is scheduled for its official launch on 14 January 2026.
