Binghatti Developers Partners with Dubai Land Department to Boost Emirati Participation in Real Estate

Binghatti Developers, a leading real estate company in Dubai, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Dubai Land Department to support the “Dubai Real Estate Broker Program,” aimed at empowering Emirati talent in the real estate sector, Invest-Gate reports.

Marwan Bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, and Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti, signed the agreement. Launched by the Dubai Land Department in March, the initiative seeks to enhance the role of Emiratis in the real estate market and encourage their active participation, thereby boosting one of the emirate’s key economic sectors.

Moreover, as part of this partnership, Binghatti offers exclusive discounts and flexible payment plans (50% – 50%) on select projects to attract Emirati investors. This initiative aims to support Emirati investors and brokers in enhancing their sales with Binghatti. Additionally, transactions facilitated by Emirati brokers will qualify them for an extra 1% commission.

Furthermore, the agreement focuses on several areas of cooperation, including improving Emirati professionals’ competitive edge and enabling them to occupy roles within the real estate sector. This will be achieved by designing and implementing supportive projects in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department and Binghatti Developers in Dubai.

Also, BinGhatti stated that this partnership is part of several agreements to prepare Emirati professionals with the highest skills and professional principles, enabling them to lead transformation and development efforts. Binghatti aspires to be a leading model in supporting and empowering young Emiratis to enhance their capabilities in the real estate sector.

He further emphasized that the company is deeply committed to the UAE’s vision of empowering its youth and enhancing their capabilities. Currently, more than 50 Emiratis are employed across various fields within the company.
