Binghatti has launched its AED 2bn Dubai development, Binghatti Skyblade, with a grand international reveal in Istanbul. The event follows the developer’s landmark showcases in Egypt, beneath the Pyramids of Giza and along the North Coast in El-Alamein, reinforcing its global vision and expanding international presence, Invest-Gate reports.

The unveiling took place at Rixos Tersane Istanbul, overlooking the Golden Horn and Bosphorus Sea, where more than 2,000 distinguished guests—including investors, dignitaries, business leaders, and cultural figures—attended. The gala was hosted by Hollywood star Terry Crews, adding international flair to the evening, which featured a live orchestra and fine dining, reflecting the elegance and ambition of the Skyblade project.

Positioned on Burj Khalifa Boulevard, one of the most prestigious addresses in Downtown Dubai, Binghatti Skyblade represents a bold architectural statement and one of the last opportunities for ownership in this prime location.
