Binghatti made a bold statement on Egypt’s North Coast with the unveiling of Binghatti Flare — a twin-tower development in Dubai valued at AED 2.1 bn — during a landmark seaside event, Invest-Gate reports.
The event attended by over 7,500 guests, surpassing the turnout of its previous Cairo showcase beneath the Pyramids. The evening featured a live performance by legendary singer Kadim Al Sahir, known as the “Caesar of Arabic Music.”
Held at North Square Plaza in El-Alamein, the high-profile event attracted Egyptian celebrities, business leaders, and dignitaries. Hollywood actor Terry Crews hosted the night, alongside Egyptian actor and presenter Ramy Radwan.
The program began with the national anthems of Egypt and the UAE, highlighting the close cultural and economic ties between the two nations.
The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of Binghatti Flare. Located in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT), the project will feature over 1,300 residential units, the first man-made beach in JVT, and more than 20 resort-style amenities, positioning it among Dubai’s most distinctive residential addresses.
In response to growing demand from Egyptian investors — now among Binghatti’s top international buyers — a dedicated team will remain in Egypt for five days following the event. Set up at Rixos Premium Alamein, the team will offer private consultations and exclusive investment offers.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti stated, “Egypt holds immense investment potential. Our presence here reflects our long-term commitment to Egyptian buyers. We’re not just building homes; we’re creating landmarks that redefine luxury and legacy.”
The event also served as a key networking platform, bringing together developers, investors, and industry leaders to foster dialogue and cross-border partnerships.
As Binghatti accelerates its global expansion, the El-Alamein gala underscores its mission to connect markets, bridge cultures, and deliver world-class developments rooted in design, innovation, and ambition.
