BiznEX Riyadh Witnesses Successful Implementation of Potential Deals, Signing of 86 Agreements Valued at over SAR 116 Mn

BiznEX Expo, the organizer of the BiznEX Investment and Branding Exhibition, has announced that the sixth edition of the exhibition, held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as part of the Saudi International Franchise Exhibition, witnessed the signing of over 86 cooperation agreements, Invest-Gate reports.

These agreements were made between several global investors in the franchise system and various Egyptian companies and entrepreneurs, amounting to a total of SAR 116 Mn.

The sixth edition of the exhibition also featured the “BiznEX Panel Talk,” which included esteemed participants such as Malak Al-Ashiry, Founder and CEO of BiznEx Holding; George Metri, Chairman and CEO at Counsel Masters; Mohamed Bassel Somakia, Chairman & CEO at Cottonil; Sherien Shatta, COO at Shatta Fabrics & Curtains; Ahmed Shalaby, Business Development Manager at TEC-Merge, Core, Mentor (Organi Group); Maryam Nagy, General Manager of DICE; and Osama Soliman, Business Development Manager at Monginis Egypt. The panel discussed the topic of “Safe Investment in Business Franchise”.

This year’s edition witnessed a strong presence of Saudi investors as part of Egyptian-Saudi cooperation. Memoranda of understanding and cooperation were signed between Egyptian trademark owners and numerous franchised companies to utilize the contracted Egyptian trademarks and expand their presence within the Kingdom.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, Ambassador Ahmed Farouk, the Egyptian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, met with businesswoman Malak Al-Ashiry, Founder and CEO of BiznEx Holding, along with prominent Egyptian investors and owners of companies participating in the exhibition.

Ambassador Farouk warmly welcomed the Egyptian investors and expressed his delight at the impressive presence of the Egyptian pavilion, showcasing major Egyptian brands. He commended the exhibition for its vital role in supporting and promoting the growth of Egyptian companies, as well as facilitating their entry into new foreign markets for Egyptian brands. He also highlighted the significance of the Saudi market, which is the largest market in the Arab region, the Gulf, and the Middle East, emphasizing the opportunities it presents for Egyptian businesses.
