Abu Dhabi developer Bloom Properties, a subsidiary of Bloom Holding, has announced the completion of Bloom Central, its mixed-use development in Abu Dhabi, Arabian Business reported on Saturday.

Bloom Central is a 25-storey project comprising two blocks, the first of which hosts the Marriott Executive Apartments, Bloom Residences and 7,000 square meters of office space.

The second block hosts the Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi, managed by Marriott Hotels and Bloom Hospitality’s first hotel property in Abu Dhabi.

The project is also headquarters to Bloom Holding as well as other companies. Bloom Central, according to Bloom Holding’s project website, was originally scheduled to be completed at the end of 2015.
