Bloom Properties has awarded the contract for the new project on Saadiyat, a is mixed-use development named Park View, to Tharwaa/ Al Mansouri 3B joint venture, reported Trade Arabia.

Park View’s final stages are set for completion by the end of 2017. Investors and buyers were attracted to Park View when it was launched first in 2015 due to its proximity to the New York University Abu Dhabi campus and other touristic developments.

The project witnessed a high uptake due to its suitable rental profits and long term price growth possibility, according to Gulf Digital News.

Park View will consist of a residential building and hotel apartments building that will include a total of 207 units varying from two-bedroom apartments to studios. The project will also include retail outlets, restaurants, Abu Dhabi’s first sky pool 30 meters above the ground, and a gym.
