Abu Dhabi-based developer Bloom Properties is awarding five construction contracts valued at over AED 1 bn since the beginning of 2017, Invest-Gate reports.

The developer appointed General Construction Company for the main construction works of the 313-residence Stella Maris, Becon Construction for the 686-residential-unit Bloom Heights, and Emirates Link Maltauro for FAYA at the 132-townhome Bloom Gardens, as well as the 302-residence Soho Square urban development.

Airolink, a design and construction firm, has also been awarded a contract to build Bloom Education’s Brighton College UK and Dwight School New York schools in Dubai.
