Egypt’s Blue Stars for Touristic Investment announces the selling of 92 hotel units in Oyster Bay tourist project in Marsa Allam on the Red Sea, at a total amount of EGP 82 mn, during the first quarter of 2017, Invest-Gate reports.

Marketing and Sales  Manager of Oyster Bay Sami Samwa’il says that marketing for the second phase of Oyster Bay project will end within three months.

“Marketing for the third phase of Oyster Bay tourist investment project will start after Ramadan,” Samwa’il says.

The project is a self-sustained vacation destination along the Red Sea’s spanning an area of 175,000 meters. It also includes 600 hotel units and other 366 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, studios, and villas.
