Brevan Developments has announced the launch of a new phase in its flagship residential project, Lake House, located in New Obour City, as part of its strategy to address the growing demand for high-quality yet affordable housing, Invest-Gate reports.
This new phase introduces a selection of premium units overlooking the project’s lagoon, available at competitive prices with attractive discounts reaching up to EGP 3,500 per sqm. Buyers can choose between payment plans of 6 years with a 15% down payment or 7 years with a 25% down payment.
The announcement was made during a launch event attended by key company figures, including board members Eng. Saeed Sakr, Ibrahim Abdel Azim, and Saber Zahran, alongside representatives from marketing partners and affiliated firms.
Eng. Sakr stated that this new phase comes in response to the strong sales performance of previous phases, driven by the project’s strategic location, architectural design, and unit variety. Lake House enjoys a prime location next to the New Obour Authority and sits at a prominent corner on Al-Sabein Street, offering strong accessibility and visibility.
Spanning 9.5 feddans, the project features 19 residential buildings, a commercial mall with 135 retail stores, and over 480 residential units ranging from 81 sqm studios to 335 sqm duplexes. Amenities include swimming pools, an artificial lake, cycling and jogging tracks, green landscapes, and 24/7 security.
Construction is set to begin within six months, with handovers starting June 2028. The project is being managed by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman Abu Kahla, in collaboration with BEYOOT Engineering & Contracting and Al Saqr Contracting.
Brevan Developments continues to expand across New Cairo, Obour, and the Red Sea region, with upcoming commercial and residential projects in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada, and plans for future expansion into the North Coast and New Capital.
