Kasr El Nile for Contracting and Engineering Designs has signed an agreement with Brickzy Commercial, a sister company of Brickzy Property Management, to manage and promote its new commercial and administrative project in 6th of October City, west Cairo, dubbed “West Eleven,” Invest-Gate reports.
Spanning across 21,000 square meters, the self-funded development is expected to secure sales worth EGP 1.5 bn, Brickzy Property Management CEO Ahmed Selim said in a press conference held at InterContinental Cairo Semiramis on September 26.
On-site construction works are 50% done, while the project’s implementation is scheduled to be finalized by 2021, Selim added, noting that West Eleven’s promotional plans are set to be completed by the end of next year, with consultancy works are assigned to Sabbour Consulting.
West Eleven comprises an extended walkway that boasts commercial units, ranging from 90 to 2000 square meters in sizes, and administrative units varying between 60 and 1000 square meters, as well as a business service center and a plaza. All properties are offered via six-year payment plans.
“There is a marked demand on commercial and administrative units in 6th of October City and there are not enough spaces to meet this increasing demand of investors seeking high returns of leasing revenues and hiking prices,” Selim stated.
