BROUQ Developments Group, a prominent real estate company, plans to invest EGP 7 bn in a package of various projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) in 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Ibrahim Elsayed, CEO of BROUQ Developments, praised the company’s success in launching its flagship project, Spark Capital Insight, in NAC, clarifying that this success encouraged the company to launch more projects there.

The Spark Capital Insight project covers an area of 9,000 sqm in block G15 within the MU23 area of the NAC. It is a mixed-use project (commercial, administrative, and medical tower), consisting of a ground and nine floors.

BROUQ Developments is collaborating with Mimar Engineering Consultancy to develop the project’s master plan, emphasizing the company’s commitment to working with esteemed partners.

Elsayed also mentioned other notable projects by the company, including the Centoo business complex; an administrative project strategically located in the financial and business district in NAC with a total area of 5,000 sqm.

Moreover, BROUQ Developments has successfully implemented the Millar School project in NAC, showcasing the company’s diverse portfolio.

Highlighting the NAC as a promising national project with significant attention, Elsayed noted that the government’s relocation to the administrative capital has completely transformed and increased occupancy rates. This indicates the presence of numerous investment opportunities and projects that will further boost occupancy rates in the future.

It is noteworthy that BROUQ Developments developed a promising investment plan to diversify its project portfolio and meet clients’ requirements.
