Builderia Development has signed contracts with Schneider Electric, Space Consultants, and Asass Construction for the implementation of its intelligent administrative complex in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), named “Paragon,” Invest-Gate reports.

“The agreements are aimed at speeding up the completion of phase I of Paragon to provide high-quality smart solutions to a diverse segment of customers upon completion,” Builderia Development CEO Mohamed Bedeir was quoted as saying in a December 22 press release, indicating deliveries will start by the end of 2022.

Accordingly, Schneider Electric will embed the latest solutions for smart building management. Meanwhile, Asass Construction will carry out all construction and finishing works, and Space Consultants will oversee the project implementation, the statement noted.

On his part, Ziad El Hares, the Egypt-based company’s managing director, confirmed the marketing of at least 55% of all office spaces at Paragon, revealing that work started on the project’s concrete structure.

Extending over 4,300 square meters, with a built-up area of 23,000 square meters, the state-of-the-art complex will incorporate seven floors of 205 office spaces, besides a two-story 8,500-square-meter parking area, with investments worth EGP 500 mn, El Hares elucidated.

Launched last August, Paragon is set to utilize cutting-edge technologies to bring the latest of smart office solutions to Egypt, seeking to enable all business owners and tenants to operate effectively with higher productivity, while embracing all means of comfort, luxury, and entertainment, the managing director stated back then.
