UAE-based holding company Meraas says it will open a key development on December 7, Trade Arabia reports.

Located in Jumeirah Bay, the Bulgari Resort Dubai comprises 101 rooms and suites, and 20 private villas.

The 158,000-sq-m property offers a range of amenities, such as “the gourmet Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, the Il Café open all day, Il Bar with its iconic oval-shaped freestanding bar and La Spiaggia, the most exclusive beach club with private beach and a unique mosaic-design outdoor swimming pool,” according to the company.

The project also features a 1,700-sq-m spa as well as the world’s first Bulgari Yacht Club and a marina featuring 50 boat berths.
