Burj Global for Real Estate, a Kuwait-based company, launched the development of an integrated residential project on Street 90 in New Cairo, reported Al Borsa News reported.

The EGP 630 million ($70 million) project is set to include  a five-star hotel, shopping mall, residential building, and different-sized villas, said Amr El Gamal, Chairperson of Burj Global.

The project will cover an area of 35 acres and will be implemented over three phases, to be delivered in 2020.

Burj Global, founded in 2012, has numerous projects in Kuwait,  Bahrain, Dubai, and Turkey. The company is currently developing Albabaz Tower in Polo Province in Modorno city in Turkey, a project worth $875 million.
