C Developments has signed agreements with four prominent firms as part of its latest project in New Cairo, resuming its expansion strategy and commitment to delivering high-quality real estate developments, Invest-Gate reports.

The contracts were signed by Eng. Hossam Salah, Chairman of C Developments; Dr. Mourad Bakhoum, Vice Chairman of Arab Consulting Engineers ( Moharram – Bakhoum ); Eng. Mohamed Hafez, Head of Hafez Consultants; Basem Elsherbiny, Head of Etqan Consultancy; and Eng. Mohamed Shehata, CEO of Incomercial.

Hossam Salah stated that the contracts pertain to the company’s newest project, with details to be announced soon. He noted that the selected partners bring strong expertise in various fields, ensuring the highest standards of execution and investment value. He added that C Developments has delivered over 80 projects in New Cairo and is entering a new phase of expansion focused on global development standards.

Dr. Mohamed Rahhal, Chief Commercial Officer at C Developments, stated that the new project is a commercial, administrative, and medical development situated in the El Yasmeen area of the Fifth Settlement, covering an area of 4,300 sqm. He confirmed that the company has already secured four retail brands ahead of the launch, reflecting its serious approach to execution.

Dr. Mourad Bakhoum stated that Moharram – Bakhoum is overseeing implementation consulting, aiming to ensure precision in project execution.

Eng. Mohamed Hafez said his office is handling design and engineering based on high technical and sustainability standards.

El Sherbiny added that Etqan is leading the rebranding and marketing strategy, while Shehata said Incomercial will implement a sustainable operational model tailored to the project.
