Cairo Capital Constructions reveals its expansion plan in west Cairo starting with Lake West 2 launch and its partnership with “Al Dawas” in construction and contracting, Invest-Gate reports.
Chairman of Cairo Capital Constructions Yasser Khalaf states that launching “Lake West 2 project is the first step in the company’s expansion plan in west Cairo, as this area lacks supply despite its increasing demand, as well as, the presence of comprehensive development that will make it Egypt’s tourism capital,” he says.
He further remarks that the company’s current strategy is based on providing distinguished real estate products in terms of location, design and internal details, achieving maximum benefit for its clients and offering competitive prices commensurate with the customer’s purchasing power. “The company also is searching for new sites to achieve its expansion plan,” he comments.
Regarding the “Lake West 1” Project, he elaborates that more than 60% of it has been implemented and its full implementation is due during Q1 2022. Additionally, the implementation of the second phase will start at the beginning of the new year.
The project covers “43 acres on Dahshour Road and enjoys many surrounding services, with investments of EGP1.2 bn, which is self-financed. It is planned to be delivered within 3 years,” Khalaf explains.
Khalaf points out that Cairo Capital Constructions Company is a family investment that has been administratively restructured to achieve the company’s strategic goals to achieve its investment ambitions, pointing out that there is coordination and cooperation between the company and “Al Dawas” to provide projects within international quality.
