Cairo Capital Developments to launch Lake West 2 on 15 acres in New Sheikh Zayed City in the coming period, Invest-Gate reports.

Cairo Capital Developments Chairman Yasser Khalaf says that launching the project is a successful investment achieved by the company in its Lake West project in New Sheikh Zayed, adding that this area is distinguished by its strategic location near vital educational, medical and recreational services minutes away from all fundamental service centers and places.

Khalaf notes that the company plans to launch the new project before the end of this year. He elaborates, “The project will be distinguished in all its details, starting from its site, design and various unit’s spaces, as well as easy payment plans that suit the target customers.”

He explains that the company seeks to have an architectural footprint in west Cairo area through the current Lake West compound and the new project. He further points out that the new project’s built up area reaches 15%; the rest will be green spaces. Accordingly, the company intends to develop projects that achieve customer’s goals in comfort and quietness.

With regards to Lake West project, Khalaf states that the company has completed 60% of construction work in the first phase and it is scheduled to be completed in first quarter of 2022, adding that the construction of the second phase will begin in the beginning of next year.

The Lake West project, which covers 43 acres, is located in New Sheikh Zayed City on the Waslat-Dahshur Road, and enjoys many surrounding services. The company is developing the project with investments worth EGP 1.2bn, which is self-financed and it is planned to be delivered within three years. Unit spaces range between 256 and 385 sqm, in addition to 12 commercial units. The company also offers payment plans starting from 0% down-payment and installments up to eight years.

According the the official press release, Cairo Capital Developments has a specific strategy in adhering to delivery dates of the Lake West in parallel with its expansion plan in real estate market, seizing available investment opportunities that fit with the company’s strategic plan and attain its investment ambitions.
