Cairo Festival City Mall, for the second consecutive year, has partnered with Dar El Orman to provide relief to families in Aswan, supporting a total of 466 families, Invest-Gate reports.
The joint initiative, called ‘Satr w Dafa,’ aims to provide essential rebuilding and winter protection to underprivileged families during the cold seasons.
As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program, ‘Festival Cares,’ CFC Mall and Dar El Orman worked together to bring hope and support to the community. They renovated houses by adding roofs, windows, and doors, as well as distributed blankets. These efforts align with CFC Mall’s ongoing CSR strategy, which focuses on supporting the less fortunate villages in Egypt.
Heba Abdallah, Head of Marketing at CFC Mall, emphasized the mall’s commitment to actively engaging with communities and implementing meaningful social and economic initiatives throughout the year. CFC Mall has integrated its CSR strategy into its core values, following the lead of Al-Futtaim in corporate responsibility. By collaborating with local government authorities and non-profit organizations, CFC Mall aims to make a positive impact on the communities it serves.
Abdallah expressed gratitude for the continued partnership with Dar El Orman and highlighted the significance of contributing to Egypt’s initiative of restoring economic vitality in Upper Egypt. Through this collaborative effort, CFC Mall takes pride in demonstrating its commitment to growth and development at every level, making a difference in the lives of those in need.
