Cairo Festival City, one of Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate’s projects in Egypt, held a press conference on March 27 at Cityscape Egypt to showcase its array of projects at the real estate exhibition and reveal the latest updates on them, Invest-Gate reports.

“We are participating this year in Cityscape Egypt with our latest three projects; Oriana IV, Aura Apartments, and The Podium Offices, in a bid to reflect our vision of an inclusive real estate community, which we seek to develop in line with the needs of the Egyptian market,” Ashraf Ezz El-Din, the company’s managing director, said during the conference.

“This spurs us to inject more investments on the back of the great efforts exerted by the government to improve the economic situation,” Ezz El-Din added.

Oriana IV, an extension of Oriana Villas, offers Quattro villas and twin-houses within a gated community that guarantees complete safety and privacy for the residents. As for Oriana Villas, the project features an environment of landscaped gardens, plazas, and walkways, with 750 deluxe residences covering 830,000 square meters and featuring an array of design choices; twin-houses, stand-alone villas, and palatial villas.

As for Aura Apartments, Cairo Festival City’s newest gated residential community, offers fully-finished apartments with central air-conditioning. Located south of Cairo Festival City on more than 56,359 square meters, the project consists of 14 six-story mid-rise residential buildings that include 405 two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. With units ranging from 130 to 260 square meters, Aura Apartments is surrounded by greenery and uncovering vast landscape in every corner.

On the other hand, The Podium consists of six five-story buildings, with available retail space on ground level for lease. It offers both fully-finished, and core and shell choices, with a panoramic view of landscape, walkways, and plazas.

Meanwhile, Cairo Festival City compound, the first project of its kind in Egypt, covers an area of 3 mn square meters and is located in the heart of New Cairo and 15 minutes away from Cairo International Airport. It comprises administrative, residential, and entertainment projects in one community.
