Canadian TV Hosts El Batal Developments to Discuss Latest Projects in NAC

The Rock Capital 1 project, executed by El Batal Developments, has captured Canadian investors’ interest due to its prime location in the heart of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital, near the Presidential Palace, Central Bank, Egyptian Stock Exchange, and government ministries, Invest-Gate reports.

Emad Doss, the CEO of El Batal Developments, was hosted by Canadian TV presenter Rami Butros for an interview discussing the company’s diverse projects in Greater Cairo, focusing on the Rock Capital 1 project.

During the interview, Emad Doss highlighted that Rock Capital 1 is the largest administrative building in the New Administrative Capital, offering diverse office spaces of up to 9,000 sqm per floor.

Moreover, Doss also mentioned that El Batal Developments collaborated with top consultants for the execution of Rock Capital 1, including renowned architect Hazel Wong from WSW Architects, who designed the building. The landscape design was entrusted to Cracknell, while planning was handled by the consulting firm Ted Jacob Engineering Group. ECG serves as the general consultant for the project.

Doss further explained that the company diversified the office spaces within the project to meet the needs of a wide range of entrepreneurs and multinational companies, with office spaces starting from 80 sqm.

In the same context, the total built-up area of the project is 100,000 sqm. Rock Capital 1 consists of two underground floors with an area of 22,000 sqm, equipped for electric cars, a ground floor, and seven repeated upper floors. Delivery of the project is scheduled for the coming year.

It is worth mentioning that El Batal Developments received the “Luxury Lifestyle Award 2023” for its Rock Capital 1 project, which was recognized as the “Best Luxury Commercial Development” in 2023.
