Capital Elite Developments has announced the signing of a management agreement with U.S.-based Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company, to develop Wyndham Hotels & Residences Cairo West with total investments amounting to EGP 13bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Mostafa Abdallah Gomaa Mansour, Chairman of Capital Elite Developments, and Mr. Dimitris Manikis, President of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa (EMEA), in the presence of officials from both companies.

Mostafa Mansour said, “Our collaboration with the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to develop this flagship project in Cairo west represents a major milestone in our journey as a leading real estate developer. Wyndham’s global expertise in hospitality management adds exceptional value to the project, and this partnership underscores our commitment to working with world-class entities to deliver distinctive developments that enrich the Egyptian real estate market.”

Located in the Dreamland area, near the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, the project is set to become one of the largest integrated hotel and residential developments in the region. The five-star complex will comprise 600 hotel and residential units, including 150 hotel rooms and 450 branded residences, alongside 1,500 sqm of event spaces and world-class recreational facilities built to Wyndham’s latest global standards.

Construction is scheduled to begin before the end of next year, with ACE Moharram.Bakhoum appointed as the engineering consultant. The first phase of the project will be launched within 45 days, while final delivery is planned for December 2029. Mansour added that this collaboration signals the beginning of Capital Elite’s expansion strategy, which includes new hotel and residential projects across Egypt in partnership with leading international brands.

For his part, Dimitris Manikis expressed that Egypt’s booming tourism market makes it a key destination for Wyndham’s North Africa expansion, underscoring the company’s commitment to delivering world-class hospitality and high-value branded residences that meet rising demand for premium accommodation.
