Hazem Mostafa Mansour, Vice Chairman of Capital Elite Developments, stated that the launch of the company’s new project marks a significant step that underscores its commitment to offering clients projects that meet their aspirations.

Mansour noted that the new project is being developed according to international standards and will be the first of its kind in West Cairo.

He added that the project is strategically located in a prime area of West Cairo, offering significant potential for investment, tourism, and hospitality growth.

Additionally, Mansour highlighted the company’s focus on projects with strong investment prospects, ensuring optimal returns for clients. He emphasized that innovation and a commitment to excellence remain core pillars of the company’s strategy.

Mansour noted that the company is currently working on Elite Park, its latest venture in the New Administrative Capital, situated in a highly sought-after location within the R8 district.

Furthermore, he pointed out that the company has completed 40% of the project, demonstrating its strong financial position, commitment to timely execution, and a competitive edge for clients who can witness the project’s construction firsthand before committing to a purchase.

He concluded that Capital Elite is also developing West 5 Mall project in 6th of October City, located near the 26th of July Axis, as well as the Strip Mall project in New Cairo and seven additional projects across Saudi Arabia, covering sectors such as hospitality, residential, and entertainment.
