Capital Group Properties (CGP) has assigned the construction of 250 townhouses in Al Burouj project in Shorouk City to Nast General Contracting Company (Hassan Allam), which will commence construction work this month, reported Al Mal News.
The townhouses are expected to be finalized with facilities within 30 months, in a project that is set to be built over 1,212 acres and is expected to include 28,000 residential units, along with entertainment and commercial activities that will develop over four phases in 10 years at a total cost of EGP 40 billion.
CGP is seeking more contractors at a cost of EGP 1 billion to implement residential buildings, duplexes, facilities and public services, and basic foundation, according to Walid El Hendy, CEO of CGP, according to Al Borsa.
CGP is a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, which is known for its projects in several countries, including the Hard Rock hotel in Dubai, One Palace Street and New Scotland Yard in London, and Capital Bay in Abu Dhabi.
