Capital Group Properties (CGP) is unveiling a new project in late September at Al Borouj development in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Clubside Residence will comprise two- and three-bedroom units, offering open views of a 70-feddan park with water features, the company’s Property Consultant Ahmed Yehia tells Invest-Gate.

Clients are offered a payment plan over eight years, with a 5% down payment.

The project, which is located near the International Medical Center in Ismailia Road, will be officially launched on September 25, Yehia adds.
