Capital Hills Developments Complete 50% of Park Yard’s Construction

Capital Hills Developments announces completing 50% of the construction of its “Park Yard” project in the heart of 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.

The Park Yard project is located in the heart of the 6th of October city, on the main Tahrir axis, close to 6th of October University and Al-Hosary Mosque Mosque, as Capital Hills moves from Downtown New Capital to Downtown October.

Mohamed Salah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Hills Developments, says that the project is a mixed-use one including commercial, administrative, medical, and entertainment activities. The project also includes a group of franchise, universities, and main squares in the city.

Salah adds that the project is being implemented on two phases; and the first phase is scheduled to be delivered within 12 months. The entire project is to be delivered during the year 2023.

The project includes different sizes starting from 24 m for administrative, 58 m for medical, in addition to duplexes and different sizes for retail units.

The company also offers various facilities and payment plans, with repayment periods of up to 10 years of equal installments, for the first time in 6th of October City.

Furthermore, Capital Hill Developments is preparing to start construction on its projects at the New Administrative Capital Point 9 and Point 11, during the coming period, according to the specified time plans.

Point 9 project is nine floors, located downtown over an area of about ​​2,400 sqm, near the Monorail station, the Green River, Al Masa Hotel and the Banks District.

The company is also developing Point 11 project, which consists of 11 floors on an area of ​​2,450 sqm, located downtown as well, near most notably the Green River, Al Masa Hotel, the Governmental District, and the Monorail station.

Point 11 is located 20 minutes away from New Cairo and only five minutes away from Al Fattah Al Alim Mosque, the Cathedral, the Iconic Tower and the Presidential Palace.

Recently, Capital Hills Developments launched the largest Mega Complex at the new capital’s downtown area on three connected plots, namely a total area of ​​10,000 sqm with a built-up area of ​​41,000 sqm. It features the largest facade of ​​11,400 sqm near the central park, the Green River and Al Masa Hotel and the residential neighborhoods R7, R8, the Financial District, the Government District, and the northern Bin Zayed Axis.
