Capital Hills Developments has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2024, held September 25-28 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center, Invest-Gate reports.
During the event, the company will present exclusive offers on projects in East and West Cairo.
Mohamed Salah, Chairman of Capital Hills Developments, revealed that the company plans to launch its first residential project in the Golden Square area of the Fifth Settlement. This project will be a new addition to the successful La Colina series and follow the company’s achievements in residential and commercial developments across Cairo.
Capital Hills is showcasing eight projects at the exhibition, including:
- La Colina Zayed
- La Colina East
- Capital Tower
- Park Yard 2
Salah emphasized Cityscape’s importance in promoting real estate projects and fostering healthy competition among developers, which benefits customers by offering better deals.
Ahmed Salah, Vice Chairman of Capital Hills Developments, highlighted that the company’s offerings include the Capital Towers project in 6th of October City. This business hub on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis involves five towers with investments totaling EGP 10 bn. The project includes commercial, administrative, and medical units with flexible payment options to establish a robust business investment environment.
Omneya Awad, Head of Marketing, said the company aims to achieve EGP 1.5 bn in sales during the exhibition. For the first time, Capital Hills is offering installment plans of up to 15 years. The company’s portfolio spans 15 projects across East and West Cairo, with investments worth EGP 50 bn.
