Capital Hills Developments has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2023 with plans to achieve EGP 800 mn in sales, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Salah, Chairman of the company, said the firm is keen to take part in the real estate sector’s most important event with a range of projects and special customer offers.
Capital Hills will showcase four Cairo-area developments – Capital Towers and Capital Green – New Zayed in the west and East Point 1 and Park Point in the east.
Capital Towers is an EGP 5 bn business hub project on the 6th of October comprising five towers. Construction of the third phase will be launched at the expo.
Other highlights include the EGP 1 bn mixed-use East Point 1 Mall in Fifth Settlement and commercial and administrative units in Sheikh Zayed.
GM Ahmed Salah said the company has a portfolio exceeding EGP 30 bn spread across various locations in Cairo. It is developing major projects in new cities and satellite communities.
By tapping the Cityscape platform, Capital Hills aims to drive project sales as it expands its real estate footprint in Egypt’s growing property market. The expo offers access to local and global investors.
