Capital Link Engages Howeedy for Project Supervision, Medad for Strip Mall & Club House Design in Kardia Project

Capital Link Developments has announced its contract with Howeedy Consultant to oversee the implementation of the Kardia project in the Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Additionally, Medad Consultant Engineers will be responsible for executing the integrated engineering designs for the Strip Mall & Club House project within the Kardia project.

The contract signing took place in the presence of Ashraf Badie, Chairman of Capital Link Developments, Eng. Hussein Assaad, Chairman of Medad Consultant Engineers, and Eng. Mohamed Howeedy, CEO of Howeedy Consultant, along with several members of the companies’ Board of Directors.

Ashraf Badie, Chairman of Capital Link Developments, emphasized that this contract follows the previous agreement with Master Link for Construction to handle contracting work in the project’s first phase. The company is now accelerating the implementation rates, ensuring that the residential and service parts of the project progress simultaneously.

Badie highlighted that the company’s objective extends beyond delivering units; they aim to execute an integrated project. Once customers receive their units, they can immediately access the project’s services, facilitating a swift transition to the project and increasing its occupancy rate. This aligns with the company’s primary goal of development and reconstruction.

The Kardia project, situated in the R8 area of the NAC, encompasses residential, commercial, and administrative components, along with comprehensive services. The total investment in the project exceeds EGP 5 bn. It incorporates a dedicated social club for customers and spans an area of 22 feddans.

The built-up areas of the project cover approximately 184,000 sqm, and it includes 951 residential units with ground floor and seven floors. Project handovers are planned to commence in mid-2026.
