Capriole Developments announces achieving 85% of LINX complex’s total construction works in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.
Capriole is currently finishing the project’s external facades, as well as the electromechanical works, as part of its quest to complete the project ahead of schedule.
LINX complex spans over 7,635 meters, and it comprises commercial, administrative, and medical units. It consists of 12 floors, including two basements and 51 commercial units on the ground and 1st floors. Floors from the 2nd to the 9th floor are for administrative and medical units, which will be delivered fully finished and air-conditioned.
The project has various entrances, where the medical entrance differs from the administrative and commercial ones, allowing more privacy and reducing overcrowding.
The company is also keen on providing all the requirements of multinational companies and international brands. There will be a huge meeting room to accommodate 450 people and it is going to be available to all clients.
The LINX’s parking area can accommodate 305 cars. The project is distinguished by its location, as it has three main facades viewing, the axes of Al-Amal, Zayed, the iconic tower, and a green facade. About 50% of the roof area is allocated for converting solar energy into electric one and all units will overlook water fountains and green areas.
Additionally, the Capriole group affirms its commitment to offering the project’s units at competitive prices despite the significant price increase of the raw materials. The group is also keen on marketing the units, as it has already started implementing them to maintain credibility.
Further, the company explains that new methods of construction and finishing works will be introduced to keep pace with the latest global changes in the construction market and sustainability trends by using raw materials for the first time in Egypt.
The real estate developer adopts an advanced system in the field of green architecture and environment preservation that depends on several criteria, including hygienic methods for waste disposal and recycling, and types of glass that do not reflect heat in order to maintain appropriate temperatures for rooms and reduce the use of air conditions, in addition to high-speed elevators to save time.
It is worth noting that Capriole group is among the first companies to implement President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to implement at least 30% of the projects’ construction works before the start of selling and marketing them. Therefore, the company achieves the highest implementation rates even during times of economic challenges due to the high costs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
