Capriole Developments achieves 65% of LINX complex’s total construction and prepares to launch phase II in the NAC after Eid Al-Fitr, Invest-Gate reports.
Mohamed Mofeed, CEO of Capirole, says that the company is keen to speed up the construction rates and implementation of the project. Moreover, the company was the first to implement the presidential directives concerning constructing 30% of the projects before making marketing campaigns for them.
Mofeed points out that Capriole focuses on continuing work in the construction of the project despite the recent challenges related to the instability of raw materials prices, stressing the company’s keenness to complete and deliver the project before the end of 2023.
Furthermore, the real estate developer has completed selling 10% of the total project, which are the units that were offered, which reflects the company’s keenness to finish a great part of the construction before the sale, and for the clients to find the units being marketed built on the ground which indicates the credibility of the company.
Besides, Capriole is set to launch a phase that includes a number of distinguished administrative units during Ramadan.
LINX Complex project spans over 7,635 sqm in the commercial district MU23, where it is located between R2 and R3 districts. The project location is close to the embassies neighborhood and the Central Business District (CBD).
