Captain Developments launches the third phase of its Blue Bay project in Ain Sokhna with straight sea view, with investments worth EGP 300 mn, Invest-Gate reports. 

Deputy Chairman of the Board Kareem El-Fezy says that the third phase, Jory, is being built on an area of 3.5 acres, and includes 23 buildings consisting of ground and two floors, designed in chalets, where each building includes six units; each unit area is 96 m. 

El-Fezy adds that the licenses for the project has been received and construction work began. The project is scheduled to be delivered by the end of the year 2023. 

“60% of Jory is completely sold out in record time due to the integrated services provided by Blue Bay to customers, especially since the village is operating at full capacity throughout the year. Ain Sokhna is no longer just a summer option but has become a favorite destination throughout the year,” he says. Noteworthy, Joury includes swimming pools, restaurants and cafes, and other recreational services.

Currently, Captain Developments is developing Smart Mall and Smart Tower at the New Administrative Capital. Al-Fayzi points out that Captain Development chose the location of its projects in the New Administrative Capital on the downtown area, the government district, the financial and business district, the Green River and the monorail station, adding that Smart Mall and Smart Tower are among the first projects that support smart control systems, in addition to implementing mobile application to allow customers to control units remotely.
