Captain Developments is also among the private sector’s list of major real estate companies to join Egypt 2030 exhibition in Dubai on February 18, Invest-Gate reports.
Captain Developments CCO Ahmed Samir Fouda says that the company plans to launch new phases of its projects at the New Administrative Capital and its project in Ras Sudr, in order to present a diverse package of projects to clients, noting that the exhibition is an opportunity to market Egypt as a destination.
He adds that the company will offer units in its Smart Mall project, which is the only commercial mall in the New Administrative Capital, and the company has started the project’s construction, as part of the company’s plan to be one of the first companies to deliver its projects in the promenade and entertainment area. The company will also launch Smart Tower during the exhibition with a medical administrative activity at a height of five floors.
Captain Developments also plans to launch Zain Bay, an integrated resort located 44 km of Martyr Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel and 10 minutes from the heart of Ras Sudr City with all fully-finished units overlooking the sea. The first phase will be delivered within two years, and the whole project will be delivered within three years. The project will further include various services, most notably a hotel, swimming pools, a kids area, security and guard services.
According to the company’s press release, Captain Developments’ goal at the exhibition is to focus on being part of the state’s plan to export Egyptian real estate and to reach Egyptian expats abroad.
Khaled Abdel Rahman, CEO of Al Etegah Al Awal company, the exhibition’s organizer, points out that the diversification in the projects’ portfolio is a strategic goal that is relied upon in cooperation with companies to attend the exhibition.
