Catalyst Developments plans to complete the delivery of five administrative and commercial projects in New Cairo during 2021, making it the first developer of commercial, administrative, and medical projects, Invest-Gate reports.
“The company follows a flexible strategy in dealing with the Corona crisis to maintain the implementation and construction of its projects while preserving the safety of its employees,” Moataz Abdel Shafi, Chairman of Catalyst Development, comments in an official statement.
He further indicates that the company pumped about EGP325 mn during 2020, confirming that all works were carried out  according to international standards and the Egyptian code.
Moreover, Abdel Shafi highlights that the company portfolio includes five commercial, financial projects at an investment value of EGP4.5 bn. He also reveals the company’s plan to launch a new administrative business project during the last quarter of 2021 plus the new projects that may be launched in 2022 with investments of more than EGP 3 bn.
He adds that the implementation rate of the “Cairo Capital Center CCC” project has reached 95%, and the company has begun to hand over units to customers. As for the two “North Plus” projects, the external and internal finishes, electricity, air conditioning, and all services for the project have been completed. While the finishing works of the “Elegantly” project, have also been completed.
At “Business Plus” project, all concrete works have been completed and 80% of the finishing, air conditioning, electricity have been implemented. It will be delivered by the end of 2021.
Catalyst CEO Abdel Shafi praises the distinguished projects of the company, noting that the company goals are the commitment to specifications, quality, and the development of distinctive administrative buildings.
On her part, Fawqia Al-Awadhi, head of the company’s commercial sector, says that sales has reached 86%, which reflects a strong effort by the company’s team and the distinction of real estate projects offered by Catalyst.
Moreover, she emphasizes that Catalyst Development has strong experience at developing, implementing, and marketing these projects, remarking it as the first developer specializing in commercial and administrative projects with a diversified portfolio.
