Top property developer, Cayan Group signed an agreement with Saudi Bidaya Home Finance to enable financing solutions to its clients, Trade Arabia reported.

Bidaya, which is a national real estate finance company sponsored by the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) and the Public Investment Fund of the Ministry of Finance, will provide Cayan’s clients with benefits such as financing of up to 30 years, approval of submitted applications in days, as well as other terms, Cayan Chairman, Ahmed Alhatti said, according to Saudi Gazette.

Cayan is a leading international property developer in the region, with offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Dubai, UAE. The company is famous in the region for beautiful and unusual buildings,
